SolarSeal™ PV Porta Panels
SolarPower Restoration Systems has developed a new (patent pending) transportable solar-powered concrete module system. SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ integrates factory formed or site-built pre-cast concrete panels with weatherproofing SolarSeal Technologies™ and thin film photovoltaics, forming modular photovoltaic building units. SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be transported by truck or rai to local or remote host sites and rapidly assembled and connected into very large scalel solar powered array systems.
SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be installed as permanent solar power systems in urban and remote locations. Just like Lego™ building blocks, these photovoltaic concrete modules can be assembled with pre-cast concrete support components aligning the PV Porta-Panels to optimal solar inclinations and angles for maximum electrical power production. SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be installed directly over most land surfaces with minimum sitework, creating a low profile solar array system. The SolarSeal PV Porta-Panel™ system can vary in scale from one-module to hundreds.
The SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be used as a temporary solar power source for emergency disasters and for military applications. The SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be used as a solar electrical source for a single building to whole communities, depending on the number of PV Porta-Panels used. SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels™ can be placed nearly anywhere and can be disassembled, transported, stored and re-used at other locations.
SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels ™ can be assembled and connected in a matter of hours. Compared to traditional ground based rack and post mounted photovoltaic arrays, SolarSeal PV Porta-Panels require little maintenance and unaffected by wind, hail and other severe weather conditions.
